East Alabama Asthma and Allergy is a new multi- tenant two-story medical office on Glenn Avenue in Auburn, Alabama. The 12,500 square foot building offers a partnership of different medical services and spa environment, which required marrying differing aesthetics in a holistic manner. The owner was heavily invested in the visioning of the project, while remaining dedicated to maintaining a high-level of comfort and functionality for the staff, as well as comfort and privacy for clients. A rooftop terrace facing the Auburn University Regional Airport was utilized as an exterior gathering space with prime views of flight activity. In addition, it was the owner’s desire to integrate solar panels, which were installed on the flat roofed area of the building.
